Child-centrism as a methodological concept of upbringing and development of preschool children from the families of ATO participants and internally displaced people

Abstract

The article analyzes the influence of the life situation of the ATO participants’ families and internally displaced people on the development and upbringing of children of preschool age. The necessity of using the resources of individual psychological and pedagogical support is proved in order to adapt children to a new life situation and optimize the processes of their development and upbringing. In the course of the substantiation of child-centrism as a methodological concept of the study it was determined that it is implemented through the interconnected application of such methodological approaches as: axiological, system-integral, synergetic, personally oriented, individual, active, communicative and active.
