Анотація

Предмет статті – роль мозкових структур у виникненні різних емоцій, зокрема, тривожних реакцій. Емоційні реакції мають складну нейроанатомічну основу. Це не просто відповідь на стимул, вони активуються та пригнічуються складними системами мозку. Розуміння даних взаємозв'язків відкриє шлях до ефектив-
ного впливу на мінімізацію гострих емоційних станів, у тому числі – тривожних.
