Abstract

A common requirement for all levels of education is a desire to overcome the administrative style of management, to minimize bureaucratic communication between levels of management vertical, the maximum to support the initiative and use the intellectual and creative potential of teachers. The article reveals moderation technology capabilities to ensure effective implementation of the control mechanisms of the teaching staff with regard to their readiness for self-management and the mobilization of personal resources.
