Principles and functions of the university polycultural education

The article is devoted to substantiation of pedagogical principles and functions of the university multicultural education. It also analyzes directions of development of multicultural education, concentrates the attention on increasing role of universities in developing multicultural education. It defines connection of multicultural education to the problem of learning language as precondition for attracting to cultural values.
