Анотація

У статті розглянуто основні типи симптомів характерних для посттравматичного стресового розладу. Визначено, на яких висновках ґрунтується діагноз посттравматичний стресовий розлад. Особливу увагу автор приділяє розгляду подій, які можуть призвести до появи посттравматичного стресового розладу у людини. Розглянуто основні методи лікування. Автором також визначено мету лікування і надано деякі поради щодо зниження стресу.
