The modern view on the problem of individual human being potential: philosophical and psychological context

The problem of individual human being potential takes in modern science one of the key places. The article presented the basic psychological and philosophical approaches to understanding the definition and interpretation of complex and synthesized the phenomenon of «individual human being potential «, which allow full and true to reveal the problem in theoretical and applied value. Category «potential» represented by categorical dialectical potential counterparts in psychology - «possible» and «real.» Considered ontological dimensions of the problem and the phenomenon - the continuum existential coordinates «space» and «time.» We characterize the most relevant areas of practical work towards the «actualization of potential» of the person.
