To the problem of post-traumatic stress disorder overcoming methods

The article is devoted to the problem of post-traumatic stress disorder. Methods and aim of the treatment are defined and analyzed by the author. In the article the attention is paid to the accidents which may cause post-traumatic stress disorder. The article examines the main types of symptoms characteristic of post-traumatic stress disorder. It is determined on what conclusions the diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder is based. The author pays special attention to the consideration of events that can lead to the appearance of post-traumatic stress disorder in a person. The main methods of treatment are considered. The author also defines the goal of treatment and provides some advice on reducing stress.
