Abstract

The article highlights the issue of overcoming the shortage of personnel among such specialties as Pediatrics and Neonatology. In the conditions of epidemic troubles and full-scale war in Ukraine, which led to the predominance of the distance learning format, how to ensure high-quality medical education, cultivate clinical thinking
in neonatologists, increase their motivation and form the necessary professional competencies.
