The problem of identification in the modern world is analyzed in this article as one of its manifestations - the state of crisis in education. Problem of identity is considered as the basis for creating individual path of personal development,on which educational process is built .Realization of necessity to maximize the release of efficiently own potential in education - main ground for crisis overcoming in education and development of new educational strategies.
