Humanistic paradigm as an Educational Innovation
Abstract
The article focuses on the moral and spiritual values of a growing personality who acquire them consciously and freely. The author denies the methodological postulate, which declares that person’s freedom is incompatible with the organized educational effect. It is noted that concerning of personality’s own spirituality is a core motive that person should follow. Nevertheless, all others motives have to be subordinated. The system of personal experience that is adequate to the current educational goals of the individual has been analyzed. The essential characteristics of the humanistic paradigm have been defined as an educational innovation.
