Abstract

The article deals with the modern means of information and communication technologies, which are used in the process of language training of foreign citizens in the institutions of higher education. The main linguodidactic problems are solved by the introduction in the process of foreign language education resources information and communication technologies. Lingvodidactic potential of the information and computer technologies in teaching various aspects of the language and the formation skills in different kinds of speech activity are disclosed. The structure (the main components) of learning tools of information and computer technologies is set. The stages of work on the introduction of means of information and computer technologies in the process of language teaching to foreigners are characterized.
