Requirements for the personality of the elementary school teacher and psychological readiness to overcome professional frustration in the process of implementation of the concept "New Ukrainian School"

The article examines the requirements for the personality of the elementary school teacher in the process of implementation of the Concept "New Ukrainian School". The Typical educational program for the improvement of the qualification of pedagogical workers is presented. The basic requirements for both vocational training and the psychological readiness of primary school teachers in the conditions of the "New Ukrainian School" are determined. Also, the article deals with the problem of professional frustration in primary school teachers in the context of reforming education in Ukraine. New requirements for teachers of the newest Ukrainian school are highlighted. The concept of "frustration" is considered, as well as the necessity of psychological readiness for frustration influences is highlighted. The importance of improving the professional competence and professionalism of teachers is noted. In the article the typology of frustration condition is considered. The manifestations of frustration, its objective and subjective preconditions of occurrence are analyzed.
