Аннотация

In this article I consider the possibilities of the educational process for pupils, students, teachers in Ukraine and outside of it under martial law. I also outline opportunities for participants of the educational and scientific process to carry out the educational process within the framework of exchange programs with European educational institutions. This allows pupils, students and teachers to be realized in professional activity despite unfavorable social, economic and political conditions.
