Abstrakt

W niniejszym artykule badany jest związek pomiędzy frustracją, agresją a samorealizacją. Przeanalizowano teoretyczne podejścia do rozumienia agresji z uwzględnieniem jej roli jako reakcji na frustrację. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono potencjałowi transformacji agresji z siły destrukcyjnej w narzędzie do osiągania celów, pokonywania wyzwań oraz wspierania rozwoju osobistego. Rozważono także czynniki wpływające na zarządzanie agresją, w tym cechy osobowości, kontekst społeczny oraz zdolność do regulacji emocjonalnej. W artykule zaproponowano praktyczne zalecenia dotyczące wykorzystania agresji jako źródła motywacji i energii dla samorealizacji.
