Abstrakt

Artykuł analizuje mechanizmy finansowania szkolnictwa wyższego w krajach OECD i w Ukrainie. Przeprowadzono analizę źródeł finansowania szkolnictwa wyższego oraz rozpatrzono poszczególne wskaźniki finansowania szkolnictwa wyższego w krajach OECD. Scharakteryzowano mechanizm finansowego wsparcia uzyskiwania wyższego wykształcenia w krajach, w których przeważa budżetowe i prywatne finansowanie szkolnictwa wyższego. Przeanalizowano specyfikę finansowania szkolnictwa wyższego w Ukrainie kosztem środków prywatnych oraz doświadczenia związane z ulgowymi pożyczkami państwowymi.
