Attachment style in ex-combatants: influence in the process of post-traumatic readjustment

Abstrakt

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań wpływu stylu przywiązania byłych kombatantów na przebieg readaptacji potraumatycznej, zarówno bezpośrednio – poprzez nawiązywanie relacji z najbliższym otoczeniem, jak i pośrednio – poprzez oddziaływanie na strategie behawioralne w szerszym zakresie interakcji z otoczeniem. Istnieje związek między rodzajem przywiązania a percepcją siebie i innych, a także z cechami regulacji poznawczo-emocjonalnej i wartością prognostyczną dla oceny prawdopodobieństwa wystąpienia PTSD. Przedstawiono wyniki badania 82 weteranów, które zostało przeprowadzone na bazie ośrodka rehabilitacji medyczno-psychologicznej dla weteranów ATO / Operacji Sił Połączonych (OOS). Analiza statystyczna uzyskanych danych wskazała na różnice pomiędzy stylami przywiązania w zakresie poszczególnych wskaźników regulacji poznawczo-emocjonalnej a stopniem nasilenia objawów pourazowych.
