Abstrakt

W artykule przedstawiono ogólnącharakterystykę metody modelowania równań strukturalnych. Opisano etapy w zastosowaniu metody modelowania równań strukturalnych na przykładzie danych, uzyskanych w wyniku badań konstruktu «potencjał osobowości». Przedstawiono zalecenia w stosowaniu metody oraz interpretacji wyników.
