Abstract

The article outlines the main aspects of implementing innovations, particularly interactive learning technologies, in the educational process of institutions of higher education. It is revealed that ensuring innovation of the educational process at institutions of higher education allows to solve difficulties between the traditional system and needs to have qualitatively new education. Interactive studies at higher education institutions are outlined as an innovative pedagogical phenomenon, which ensures improvement of the quality of training new generation employees to the level of European and world standards. The structure and place of interactive technologies in the educational process of institutions of higher education are characterized. The advantages of introducing interactive technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions are highlighted. It has been established that introducing interactive technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions facilitates students’ successful acquisition of theoretical knowledge on the chosen speciality, development of skills and abilities demanded on the modern labor market in accordance with the features of the chosen speciality; formation of universal values; development of skills and abilities of effective communication, assertive behavior, teamwork and development of skills to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships, both during professional training and in routine life. It is revealed that interactive studies at higher education institutions contribute to the implementation of both educational and upbringing goals. The author formulates pedagogical conditions for introducing interactive learning in the educational process of higher education institutions. It is proved that interactive learning provides optimization and intensification of the educational process and promotes the formation of harmonious interpersonal relations of participants in the educational process at institutions of higher education.
