Formation of the professional competence of future economists in the process of the study of foreign language

The article deals with the formation of the professional competence of future economists in the process of studying a foreign language. It is stated that the modern stage of development of education in Ukraine is characterized by a competent approach to the training of future specialists of all specialities. The undeniable importance of a foreign language in the formation of professional competencies, their functional components and professionally important qualities, as well as social and personal characteristics of future specialists of the economic profile are proved. The necessary pedagogical conditions for obtaining competencies by future specialists and the factors of successful acquisition of the necessary knowledge and abilities created by the use of context-based learning technology are analyzed. It is confirmed that contextual education plays the role of an integrated factor in the formation of professional competencies in the process of learning foreign languages of future economists.
