In the article considered the state, trends and prospects for the development of the higher education system of Ukraine in the conditions of war and digital transformation. The main directions of overcoming the crisis in education are determined, the essence of state policy is revealed, the main priorities of the higher education system, Strategies for the development of the higher education in Ukraine in 2022-2032, digital transformation of education in the conditions of war and recovery period of Ukraine.
