The publication is devoted to the problems of psychosocial work in Ukraine on hardiness development using the methods of empowerment. The training ideas presented are aiming to promote the brief analysis of the concepts of «hardiness» and «empowerment», to suggest the basic directions and define the approximate content of the personal resources and the establishment of the individual hardiness.
