Abstract

Pedagogical conditions of formation psychological readiness of economists. The article, based on the analysis of various scientific approaches reveals the essence of the concept of «psychological readiness» of the future expert in economic sphere, defines the structural components of this phenomenon , discloses the basic qualities of economist, pedagogical conditions of formation of psychological readiness for professional work in the system of economic education are grounded.
