Managerial culture of educators of higher education as a condition of the quality of higher pedagogical education

Abstract

The urgency of forming the managerial culture of educators of higher education is determined in the article. The existence of the scientific base of the possibility of solving the problem under investigation is proved. The essence of the concept of "managerial culture of high school educators" is clarified, which is considered as the quality of personality that is holistic, integrative and complex by its content, which is a set of components: valuemotivational (value orientations and motives of management activity); cognitive and active (managerial knowledge and skills) and personal (personal and professional qualities of the educator as the manager of the educational process). It is stated that the basis of managerial culture is managerial competence. At the same time, the managerial culture of the educator of the higher pedagogical educational establishment, in contrast to its managerial competence, refers to the context of human culture, one of the most important characteristics of which is creativity.Therefore, the managerial culture of the educator of higher education is regarded as an integrative indicator of creative management of the educational process in the context of university education. The content of the components of managerial culture of high school educators (value-motivational, cognitive and active, personal) is revealed. The essence of the modeled system of forming the managerial culture of educators of higher education in the field of the postgraduate pedagogical education, which is realized during four interrelated stages (pro-predictive, course, inter-course, reflexive and corrective) is covered.
