USA transnational companies’ branches economic activity features in the economic space of Ukraine

Abstract

In the article the features of activity of the USA multinational corporations in economic space of Ukraine are investigated, personal features, positive and negative consequences of the national economy of Ukraine coming from branches of the American corporations transnationalization are examined. A reference list of questions is worked out with information about an environment, personnel and corporate management performing, that must be executed by all branches of foreign MNC in a host country. A coefficient of disparity of decisions produced is invented, to normative (rational) decision content about the activity of American MNC branches on the territory of our country, that are produced by public organs in the context of certain functions, and that gives the possibility of macro-level state economic security management and the most rational meeting of consumers’ demand.
