Conditions of adaptation of internally displaced persons and overcoming of post-traumatic stress in conditions of war

Abstract

The article revealed a number of problems of students-migrants, which include all aspects of human life: economic, social, personal, organizational and psychological. Disclosure forms, means and methods of college working for the establishment of organizational and pedagogical conditions of adaptation of students, in particular internally displaced persons, to the learning environment. Totalizer factors that determine a person in crisis situations of life. Determine the purpose of support of internally displaced persons; are the basic concepts of the study: "psychological trauma", "frustration", "psychological debriefing". The analysis of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the adaptation of internally displaced persons to the learning environment in Lisichansk Pedagogical College. Submitted experience college professors with international humanitarian missions. Presented positive results on the overall, integrated, joint activities in the field of multicultural education college. Due to purposeful work of students who were in a state of frustatsiyi were successful adaptation and overcome the discomfort. They take pride in the fact that coped with the difficult situation that happened in their lives. In future it is planned to develop programs for the removal of state frustatsiyi debryfinhu and psychological training and the development of life skills and providing psychological and social support to children and adolescents affected by conflict in Ukraine.
