Abstract

The article considers the importance of partnership relations in the educational process as a means of overcoming post-traumatic stress or post-traumatic condition. The role of the teacher in overcoming the posttraumatic condition is demonstrated through partnership with students, their parents and community organizations. A list of NGOs that help families affected by the conflict is provided. The role of the teacher as a bearer of educational, informational and emotional help to families of a person who is internally displaced and children from uncontrolled territories is determined. It is proved that the formation of partnerships with students will make it easier to establish contacts with them, improve the quality of providing educational services, provide psychological, emotional support not only by the psychologist, but also by the teacher, will form a sense of trust and security.
