Abstrakt

W artykule autor omawia obecną sytuację, tendencje i perspektywy rozwoju systemu szkolnictwa wyższego w Ukrainie w czasie wojny i transformacji cyfrowej. Wskazano najważniejsze kierunki pokonania kryzysu w edukacji, opisano politykę rządową, obszary priorytetowe systemu szkolnictwa wyższego, strategie
rozwoju szkolnictwa wyższego w Ukrainie w latach 2022-2023, transformacji cyfrowej szkolnictwa podczas stanu wojennego i w okresie odbudowy Ukrainy.
