Structural equation modeling method in personal potential research

The article gives a general description of the method of structural equation modeling. We describe the steps that are necessary for carrying out the method of structural equation modeling, which are illustrated in the data obtained in the study of the construct “personal capacity”. Recommendations are given the correct use of the method and interpretation of results.
