Communicative culture development of future specialist's personality as a necessary condition for active adaptation

Abstract

The article emphasizes the need to develop the communicative culture of the future specialist during training in Higher School. The formation of a model of business communication, adequate to the requirements of the new status of Higher Education Receiver, contributes to the active adaptation of educational and professional work subject. Active adaptation is a system of purposeful, active actions of the applicant, aimed at changing themselves, their behavior and conditions of educational and professional activities and life in general. It is used when it is necessary to develop something new: a new model of learning, behavior, communication, value system, ethical, moral and cultural norms of interaction. As a result, the Higher Education Receiver develops personal and professional adaptive potential of the specialist and individual style of quality dialogic communication with business partners and readiness for professional and social self-realization. In the conditions of Higher School it is necessaryto organize special work on the development of a resource of adaptability of the First Year Student`s Personality in the transition period from the system of Secondary School to system of Higher Education for the purpose of maintenance of new model of training, behavior and communication development. The need for communication is the dominant need for personal development in the period of majority. Her satisfaction promotes the development of positive self-relation. The result is a positive "I-concept" of the specialist. This is a key psychological determinant of his professional and career growths. Therefore, it is important to pay special attention to the formation of the communicative culture of the specialist in Higher School. The communicative culture of the individual is defined as a system of knowledge, norms, values and patterns of behavior accepted in society, and the ability to organically, naturally and effortlessly implement them in business and emotional communication. It motivates the subject and selfrealization of the future specialist's training, education and development functions. Psychologists distinguish the following communicative culture functions: contact; informative; motivating; coordination; emotional; implementation of psychological influence; self-presentative, etc. The communicative culture of the Higher Education Receiver and his active adaptation determine the quality of professional training, the effectiveness of further self-realization and social responsibility in a professional institution.
