Abstract

The article discuses the results of the higher educational establishment research and teaching staff professional activity analysis. Teachers’ professional activity determinants, functions and components that reveal the essence and form the research and teaching staff professional characteristics are distinguished. Methodology of the monitoring technologies implementation in the higher educational establishment research and teaching staff professional development process is shown. The qualimetric model of higher educational establishment research and teaching staff professional development is carried out.
