Philosophical understanding of the category of war, its history and ways to overcome it

Abstract

The article is devoted to a war problem : philosofical - historico trying to find the sense of her nature, histories of looks to reasons of wars in history of militaryphilosophical idea, to explanation of war essence as the socio-political phenomenon, maintenance of modern conceptions of wars and to character of possible soldiery conflicts of the future, nature of conflicts and wars in the modern world, and ways of overcoming. An author examines the problem of demilitarization as actual and urgent problem of the modern world, capable to provide a global safety of the states and their citizens within the framework of international law, which try to protect rights as a person and a citizen.
