Abstract

The relationship between professional culture, professional and personal qualities of a teacher and the challenges of the modern educational process are analyzed in the article. Particular attention is paid to the formation of information culture of the future teacher, preparation for the use of information and communication technologies in their professional activities. The need to develop professional and information culture of teachers to ensure the effectiveness of modern educational process is demonstrated. Author specify the professional and personal qualities which are necessary for realization of requirements of modern educational process. The study takes into account the direct activities of modern teachers in the conditions of development of modern Ukrainian education.
