The role of safety disciplines in the formation of youth stress resistance

The article considers the Ukrainian citizens preparedness for stressful situations during the war, pandemics or other emergencies. There are analyzed the latest scientific researches on the subject of stress resistance and resistance to stress development. The teaching experience of post-traumatic stress disorder and stress resistance issues by the use of safety disciplines at the Ukrainian High Education Institutions of and the Lviv Polytechnic National University is presented.
