Social orientations of socionomic professions future specialist: axiological projecting dimensions

Abstract

The article is devoted to theoretical substantiation social orientations of socionomic professions future specialist. The central constructs of the material presented concerning the disclosure of social orientations within value construction project of social and professional formation of the future social worker. The psychological content of the structural components of social orientations (emotional competence, social orientation and social skills) reflected in the functional integrity of their manifestation through the acquisition of emotional balance, responsibility and professional motivational relevance, which occurs through mechanisms of activity, internalization and reflexivity. Within the construction project value social and professional formation of future social workers under specified emotional value, motivational value and reflexive-value measurements, a statement which enables content to note that the formation of social orientations is inseparably connected with the general laws of social development and is through the development of value-semantic orientations of a future specialist.
